We are looking for experienced Civil Field Workers who are reliable and enjoy providing high-quality community infrastructure maintenance. This role requires a unique balance of physical labor and oversight, demanding a strong sense of teamwork, a commitment to safety, and the ability to ensure that all operations are conducted according to specific guidelines.

• Contractor Auditing
• Technical Interpretation
• Reporting & Documentation
• Machinery Operation

• Coolum
• Caloundra
• Nambour

What you will need to exceed

Compulsory tickets/experience

• Experience: Proven background in civil construction, roadworks, or drainage.
• White Card: Work Safely in the Construction Industry (Current).
• License: Valid Manual Driver’s License (MR/HR highly regarded).
• Safety Mindset: A "zero harm" mindset with experience in hazard identification and WHS procedures.

Highly regarded

• Cert III in Civil Construction: Or equivalent trade experience.
• Contractor Oversight: Experience auditing or supervising sub-contractors on-site.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in steel fixing, formwork, and interpreting blueprints.
• Plant Tickets: Roller, Excavator, or Skid Steer (with proven operating experience).
• TMI/TMA: Traffic Management Implementation or Traffic Management Awareness.
